My Story
For much of my life, I struggled with understanding who I truly was, which made navigating life's challenges difficult. Relocating to London and adapting to a new culture brought its own set of challenges, but it also offered profound lessons about myself and how I relate to others.

Through therapy, I began to explore my identity more deeply. I gained invaluable insights into who I am, which helped me to embrace life's uncertainties with greater ease. This process taught me the importance of understanding my emotions and listening to my body, enabling me to make decisions that truly reflect my values.
Today, I use my personal experiences and the lessons I've learned to guide others on their own journeys. I bring authenticity, a down-to-earth approach, and a sense of humour to my counselling work. I believe in the power of self-discovery and the strength that comes from facing life's challenges head-on.
